What Does Success Mean to You?

Uncovering Personal Definitions of Success through Movement and Play

Discover how your body holds the stories of your beliefs, experiences, and relationships in our engaging movement and play workshop! This session is designed to help you listen to your body and respond through creative movement. You'll create a personal movement sequence based on your memories and collaborate with others, exploring how your body reacts to different people and scenarios.

No prior movement or performing experience is required—just a willingness to participate in physical activities. Together, we'll dive into discussions, sharing insights and learning how diverse beliefs and cultures can coexist harmoniously.

By the end of the workshop, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how movement reflects our past experiences and current beliefs. This awareness is the first step toward accepting ourselves and crafting our unique definitions of success.

What You'll Learn:

  1. Explore how culture and beliefs are embedded in your body.
  2. Curate new ways of interacting with others in your daily life.
  3. Create your personal definition of success through movement and play.
