Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre (HYC) is a secular space by Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore). The founder of Tzu Chi, Dharma Master Cheng Yen, believes that everyone’s true nature is inherently good and pure. This humanistic culture, “ren wen” (人文), is the foundation of HYC.
